Du Cann’s varied career has spread across both hospitality and food & beverage brands, from L’Orbe to Casamigos, providing him with vital industry knowledge and expertise. Du Cann is the first to sample our caviar before it goes to into production and packaging, testing its quality and flavour profiles. Once approved, he provides us with detailed tasting notes to communicate exactly what you can expect when you try CROE caviar, including flavour intensity, richness and texture.
